Dear Donna Jean,

When we decided to sell our home we asked for God's leading. At the time, one the neighborhood Real Estate agents was leaving the usual flyers as he did each month. This one day there was on our porch the agents usual flyer and also one of yours.  Your flyer caught my eye as you listed the property increase values for our area. So rather than tossing your flyer, I set it aside...

Then a friend of the family gave us a name of an agent in the Fountain Valley area. We called to make an appointment with this agent and after the third try with no response from the agent we knew she wasn't the one... That's when Don asked me to show him once again your flyer. He read it carefully again and called to make an appointment with you. We knew right off that we had make the right decision!

You were with us every step of the way. You held our hands through all the process, which at times became very emotional and exhausting. You explained each and every form prior to our signing to ensure us that we understood exactly what we were signing. Your calm demeanor saw us through some anxious moments.

We feel that we not only found a real estate agent that we would not hesitate to refer to our frients and family to, but we made a friend for life!

Moving UP!


Dear Donna,

When Diane and I started looking for a house in '97, if someone had told us that there was an agent out there that would spend nearly every weekend for six months taking us to see homes, who would stick with us through several loan status changes and be willing to show us houses based on what we could afford that month, I would have said they were naive or just full of it. But that is exactly what you did! You never put pressure on us to buy what we didn't need or to settle for something we didn't really want. Several times you warned us of defects that would have been costly in the long run. When it came time to close the deal you were there to make sure every "i" was dotted and every "t" was crossed. You allowed us the luxury of time to find a house that was exactly right for us.

This year, when we decided to sell that townhouse and buy a bigger single family home, there was no hesitation at all. Your advice helped us achieve our goal of a short time on the market, and to get into the home we really wanted. We were suprised to sell on the very first day, for more than we expected! Again, you took care of all the details and made sure we were aware of our options. A truly amazing experience. In this age of non-service and "buyer beware", you were there to look out for our family. Thank you.

Dear Donna-Jean, I just had to sit down this morning and tell you how much you are so greatly appreciated for all you've done for our family and helping us find our dream home!

As many people know, finding a home is an emotional, exhausting and sometimes frustrating process. I've learned that it doesn't matter how much money you have to buy a home, it depends on having a good realtor to help protect and preserve the enjoyment; to be professional and knowledgeable when called upon, but a friend when needed!

When we first worked with you in February 1997 on the purchase of our first home, we were so scared and anxious, never having completed such an enormous financial transaction (other than our wedding!) thus far. You held our hand the entire way! I know you protected us from a lot of "real estate" confusion and were always selective on the issues that we need to deal with, the rest you voluntarily laid on your shoulders! We appreciated that. That's why when we decided to sell our house this year, we didn't even hesitate on calling you. We were comforted knowing you were with us and would tell us honestly what we needed to know and how to proceed. Again, you held our hand the entire way! We have alot of friends that have bought and sold their homes and often I hear negative experiences, but none of which I can relate. Your professionalism and genuine care meant so much.

We're on our second home now and we know that in large part, it's because of your help. Thanks so much for always going that unconditional extra mile just because you cared!

Dear Donna,

I want to try to express Chuck's and my appreciation to you for the first class job you did for us from the very beginning to the final closure of this sale.  I know that finding a property to fit our requirements as well as our daughter Tina's, and within our price range and location constraints was not an easy task.  You stuck with us and never gave up, and always with the most patient and pleasant manner, which I learned, is just your way.  This is what kept us on track and able to deal with issues that continued to arise.  Even through all the challenges, you helped us to keep moving forward and gave us the very best guidance and advice.
